The Process, Simplified
- We begin by agreeing on a convenient start date for you, confirmed with a deposit.
- Next, you embark on the online theory training, featuring over 6 hours of comprehensive video tutorials and 3 assignments to solidify your understanding.
- The course includes four days of in-person training. Choose whether to include the equipment kit when booking; an included kit is yours to keep. If you select the option without a kit, bring your own setup. Consumables are supplied during training.
- Following the in-person training, your journey continues with an additional 10 hours of online videos and assignments.
- Upon completion, you’ll receive your well-earned certificates.
In a nutshell, it’s a balanced blend of self-paced online learning and hands-on in-person training, providing you with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills in a convenient and effective manner.

Bloodborne pathogens (BBP) are pathogenic microorganisms that are present in human blood; these and other potentially infectious materials (OPIM) can cause disease.
BBP training and certificate is included with this course.
BBP training supports exposure-prevention learning. Confirm the requirements for your premises and procedures with the relevant local authority; course completion alone does not establish compliance.
