User Account Deletion Instructions

To request deletion of your Skinart account or personal information, email info@skinart.co.nz with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email address associated with your account so the team can identify your request.

Verification and information retention

To process your request, we may ask you to provide certain information for identification and verification purposes.

Some information may need to be retained, as described in our New Zealand Privacy Policy, including for legal obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. The policy also explains how deletion requests relate to backup systems.
